Welcome to Wellingborough Conservative Association

A Foreword from our President

Welcome to the web site of Wellingborough Conservative Association.

I hope it is a site you will visit regularly. You can find Conservative Party News and details about our Association. I look forward to meeting you at one of the many functions our branches organise throughout the year. The programme of events is varied and hopefully will "whet your appetite" to join in - have a look at our Events page to see what's on.

Having been appointed as President of Wellingborough Conservative Association, one of my aims is to help the Association grow - it is vital for this constituency to re-elect a Conservative Member of Parliament locally and help to change this Government nationally.

It is also essential that Wellingborough and Rushden continue to elect Conservative Councillors to serve the community and oversee the delivery of efficient and cost effective services by our Borough Council.

I am confident that as our membership base expands it will help meet these, our association objectives. Please visit our Join the Party page and join now.

I look forward to both welcoming our new members and meeting the existing members whom I have not yet met, building this association into one that we can all be proud of and playing our role in returning a future Conservative Government.

Mr William Clifton
President

An Introduction from our Chairman

Conservatives are a Voice for Change and Hope.

Richard Lewis PhotographI believe that if you trust people, give them more power and responsibility, they and society will grow stronger.

I also believe that we are all in this together and we are all collectively responsible for our futures. Individuals, families, government, business and the voluntary sector have a vital part to play making our party and country a better place to live.

As Chairman of Wellingborough Conservative Association, I will uphold our strong Conservative principles with the County, District, Borough and Town Councils and well as in Westminster.

Cllr. Richard Lewis
Chairman
