David Goss is Chairman of Wellingborough Conservative Association.
David stood as the Parliamentary candidate in the July 2024 General Election for Wellingborough and Rushden constituency. Unfortunately he was unsuccessful at that election, but continues to support the Association and has now taken on this new role.
David lives in Finedon. He was born on a council estate and went to a state comprehensive school. His Dad was employed as a van driver and his Mum worked in a supermarket.
David was the first in his family to attend University. After graduating from Loughborough University, he took a job with the police before working in the City of London. More recently, he has worked in the Department for International Trade.
David has been passionate campaigner for Down Syndrome. He has successfully run the London marathon. Both David’s brother and sister are both school teachers.
