Ken who has been a Wellingborough Borough Councillor for almost 30 years has always represented the Hatton District, and has served on all the Borough Committees and has chaired many.
Ken is PRESIDENT of THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION, Wellingborough and District division,
PAST MAYOR of Wellingborough, PAST PRESIDENT of the Wellingborough CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and FOUNDER member and former PRESIDENT of THE ROTARY CLUB of WELLINGBOROUGH HATTON.
Ken presently chairs the ARTS and LEISURE Committee and is in close contact with the CASTLE THEATRE Management team. He is also very much involved with the REDWALL HEALTH and LEISURE project and supports The HIND HOTEL RESTORATION project. Ken also serves on the RESOURCES Committee, the WENDEL WALK working party, the PLANNING Committee, and the LOCAL GOVERNMENT REFORM Sub Committee.

Ken has helped raise many thousands of pounds through his beloved Rotary Club over the past 33 years, helping Many deserving charities and causes throughout Northamptonshire and overseas to include Motorbike Ambulances For Zimbabwe, enabling people, especially young mothers to reach hospitals via roads normally impassable by Conventional ambulances and saving many thousands of lives each year.
